Houseboat Menu

Every Kerala Houseboat Cruises offers you traditional Kerala Cuisines on board which is best things to eat in a houseboat. The food here is cooked in regional style with all raw materials locally procured fresh and tasty. The Chef on board prepares the meals in the Kitchen at the rear part of the Houseboat as per your requirement. The Menu is as below, you can also ask for changes in the houseboat menu with prior consultation during booking of the Alleppey Houseboat.

Veg Menu

Lunch:

Rice, Sambar, Salad, Mixed Vegetables Thoran (Carrot, Cabbage, Beans), Mezhukkupuratty (Long Beans),Kalan or curd, Pappadam, Pickle, Fruits Platter

Evening:

Coffee or Tea, Milk
Banana Fritters or Biscuit or Onion Fritters

Dinner:

Chappathi, Dal Fry, VendakkaMezhukkupuratti ( Ladies Finger kerala style ), White Rice, Salad, Black Tea/Coffee

Breakfast:

Bread, Butter, Jam, Iddly/Dosa/Sambar/Chattini, Puttu Kadala(Chenna), Fruit Cuts, Coffee/Tea

Rice, Sambar, Mixed Vegetables Thoran (Carrot, Cabbage, Beans), Mezhukupurathy (Long Beans), Bitter Guard Fry, Fish Fry (Pearl Spot / Seer Fish), Chicken curry, Chicken Roast, Banana Kalan, Pappadam, Salad, Pickle, Tropical seasonal fruit.

Evening:

Coffee or Tea, Banana Fritters

Dinner:

Tomato Soup (Optional), Chappati, Dal Curry, Chicken Fry, Fish curry, Vendakka Mezhukupurathy, White Rice and Raitha, Salad.

Breakfast:

Tea /Coffee, Bread, Jam, Butter, Omlette, Iddly – Sambar, Dosa – Sambar, Poori Masala, Idiyappam and Kadala Curry / Egg Roast, Appam and Vegetable Curry / Egg Roast, Puttu and Kadala Curry.
